Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Professional certifications in CISA, CISSP, CIPP, CISM, CRISC, PMP/ PgMP / IPMA, CSM, Google Cloud Associate Professional, or related certifications.

• Experience as a member of a team composed of both technical and non-technical members.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, stakeholder management, and verbal/written communication skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage project priorities, define milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and timely deliverables.
• Assess security, privacy, and other compliance risk areas to deliver independent first party assurance services for Alphabet companies.
• Work collaboratively with Googlers across many disciplines from Engineering, Legal, Product, HR, and Marketing to identify, assess, and advise on compliance risks and controls to drive improvement and achievement of common goals.

• Lead, manage, and facilitate audits by communicating schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company.
